Carpenter

Hi Everyone here I am with my 2 DT posts for today and it's for the new challenge at QKR. Our challenge is now on the 1st and 15th of every month, so you have 2 chances every month to enter the challenge.

We will select two winners each of the weeks
1 using QKR Stampede  or Eureka Stamps image
 and 1 using any image!

Anything Goes every 1st & 15th of the month

A great image for the man ay? I followed a sketch and designed it in Photoshop, then coloured the image too and then the skin with markers, as for some reason my printer doesn't like skin tones. I cut the image with a die and fussy cut the papers, I added an inked border and 3D'd the computer generated sentiment and the image. The sentiment is one I adapted from a card my SiL gave me, that by BiL had had, I thought it perfect for this Carpenter!

With so many men in the family, I know this will be perfect for one of them LOL

ink - Spectrum Noir Marker
die - Sue Wilson Square Noble

I followed this sketch and turning it.

Hi there! I spotted your comment on Liz's blog about bits of paper falling out of pads and I have a sneaky way of coping with that well known phenomenon. Here's a link to a blog post I did a while ago over on the Snippets Playground - come and play with us if you like to enter fun challenges. Loll designed my blog makeover a few years ago BTW. Here's the link:, it's a long post but I've shown how I stop the escaping papers issue https://pixiescraftyworkshop.blogspot.com/2014/02/organising-paper-pad-storage.html

And you have a new follower now too!

Hugs
