Stamp and stencil

Hi Everyone, before I go into my work, I just want to say Hello to my new followers, I'm so grateful you think I'm good enough to follow, there is no link to visit you, so if you would be kind enough to comment on something you like, I will get back to you.

I bought the new Altenew Magazine and had stamps, dies and stencil and papers in it, it's been a while since I had it and thought it was about time I used it. I was excited to receive it, but it just sat there, you know how it is.

Anyhow, this is the card using everything, except the papers. I stamped just the main layer of flower and leaf stamp onto card I have, then I stencilled the background of the main card. The light has been like Winter the last few days, so this was the best I could do with the photo. I think I will be more confident to use these stamps with their layers, I wonder if my VERY old ones will work? We'll see.

I had no idea beautiful stamps like this came in a magazine - I haven't bought a magazine in ages. Those flowers are just lovely and so is the background! Great find!

Oooo, I adore the gingham on the flowers, Faith, and the background is marvelous! Wonderful dimension in the layers. Fabulous job on layering the flowers to look like a cluster on a branch.
