Hi Everyone a card with a, new for me, technique I tried,
but not like you clever people, but in PS.
with a pattern by Marisa Lerin at Pixelscrapper
The sentiment is a free download from Desert Diva
I selected a circle shape and made a mask of the shape then painted inside the circle.
I printed it out on cross hatched paper, making it an interesting texture effect.
I 3D'd the sentiment and added little squares
which are off cuts from a die I used ages ago.
I suppose by my digital try at this effect, I am daring to be different.
I really didn't couldn't see the point of scrapbook pages
UNTIL I made a couple of digital pages,
now I am seeing photos for what they can be, and I'm loving it.
Here is a scrap page I did with photos of my recent camera walk.
Template is by Jilbert Beginnings
The papers, flowers and berries elements are Dawn by Design.

Oooo, Faith, I adore your spotlight technique! Beautifully done. Great photos of the berries, too. :-D
Love the crosshatch paper - really gives an interesting texture to the card. Great job on the spotlighting and that sentiment is perfect for the card design.
What a lovely layout Faith and a great way to showcase your photos xx
What a fabulous technique on your card! I've not seen that before and I'm most impressed with the look!
Such a lovely layout too! I love blackberries - and how wonderful to have them so fresh. Make sure you go back to pick some!!
A super spotlight card, Faith! You amaze me with your computer skills! And your blackberry page is delightful! Those berries look yummy!
Two stunning creations, Faith! I love them both! Your photos are beautiful and set off to perfection on that digi scrap page. Your spotlight card is just gorgeous! Absolutely beautiful!
Pretty cool technique. It came out well! Love the design
Love the card and the scrapbook page is really pretty. I'm with you Faith in that I couldn't see the point of scrapbooking but just recently I am starting to record our trips etc. and I am also doing a baby book for my niece who is expecting in November.
I love your card and the spotlight technique. Those blackberries look good and would look even better in a yummy blackberry cobbler. Ummmmmmm.
How clever to use PS - looks great.
