Tea time

This is a filler scheduled post today, as it's my birthday and we have my #3 Brother and SiL visiting we intend to go out for a meal tonight. Not sure if I can schedule a post before they come or for a couple of days after, so
if I miss visiting you, please accept my apologies.

TEA? Always in this house LOL
this was made from waste vinyl after doing the
Teapots and cups in an earlier post.

should have had hats on and stayed a little later to see the tide right in.

Big Birthday Wishes

Hi Everyone I won't have a chance until Tuesday, (the reason in my next post!) to do anything on my blog, so thought I would add this today, late in the day, but at least I have done it. Sorry this is a rushed one as we have had visitors nealy all day and I have lots to catch up on tonight.

A Note

Hi Everyone, my card today started with a note to a friend, but I got a phone call and it has ended up as a sympathy card. I really should have more in my stash.

I went for a CAS style, I very much wanted to add more, but sent it as it was.

feather - magazine freebie cut in blue and gold mirror card
dp - a Pixel & Co collaboration free paper
yellow & blue card - The Works
sequins - Dovecraft

Cheers!

Hi Everyone, my card today is for the Outlawz Sketch Challenge, and today I am more than grateful for this sketch, as it was just perfect with a slight alteration for the card I wanted to make for our Godson.

He and his parents are going on a cruise for his 50th birthday, so I wanted to make something that was relevant and I think this is. I slipped up on the placement of the port hole, it should have been slightly higher, but I think the male of the species won't notice? I hope LOL. I also added acetate to the centre of it and added gold glitter pen to the "screws".

Easter bunny

Hi Everyone, I missed the Dragons Lair Progressive challenge, by one day, I can't believe it, as I coloured and finished this card just a day or two after I had the image, where is the time going?

This card is going to Dorothy, the new beautiful baby girl, in our family, she is just 5 months old. We had her visit in January, her first visit to us, (they live in England,) so we decided to give her her first Easter Egg. Her parents owned up to eating it that night! LOL. Well at just 3 months old, I guess a little early for chocolate? She can at least have a card, so here it is.

I thought I would add a scrap page I did of the visit, of Dorothy with her egg, she is such a happy baby.

Clown

Now on to my second post of the day for
Morgans Artworld
where you can show off your work.

You still have time to enter the challenge, here is my card for the
Anything Goes Challenge.

coloured in PS.
dp's stars - Melissa Riddle
orange stripes - Melo Vrijhof
background white stripes - Melissa Lerin

sentiment found online
ribbon - Dovecrafts

A little story about the colouring, I spent over 4 hours doing it in PS, I was thrilled with it, then a slight lack of concentration and it was ALL gone. I could have cried. Next day I got back to it, but I have to admit it isn't as good as the first one, sadly. Lesson learned AGAIN! I should save as I am going along, then I would have had the best to show you here.

I wanted to do this new image by Morgan as soon as I had it, not one I would normally go for, but it called out to me. I just got down to colouring as I had some free time and went for it, without a thought of anything else. I used orange layering to keep it bright and cheerful and found the wonderful sentiment on the web.

Happy St Davids Day

Sorry the text is so small it was as large as I could get to have as much information as I tried to let you know about St David's Day.

I hope you all have a lovely day, no matter the weather!
'cause it's VERY cold here.
