I had my first fair last week, last year it was a rip roaring success, this year was a damp squid! It may have had something to do with it being held 2 weeks earlier than other years and before pay day, not sure what it was, but such a disappointment after my hours and hours of hard work. Never mind, hope the one this week will be better attended and if not, the children's ward will be thrilled as they were last year with the few things I had over then.
Any how, just a little card today as Elizabeth Dulemba was asking for Christmas cards, I HAD to do one of her little characters LOL. I did one VERY quickly and this is it, I love these little bears of hers and put a sentiment that I thought suited the bears. I wish you could see how sparkly this is. Love the expressions on their faces. The background paper is by Carin Grobe at Digital Scrapbooking Design, I used a white brush in PS to add the snow then shadowed all the elements. Then added Glamour dust to sparkle it.
I added this to LIM after a comment from Marie, should have thought of it before!
I hope I'll be back here sometime this week with another offering.
After posting I decided to enter a couple of challenges here they are.

Hi Faith you should enter this into Less is More they are looking for sparkle and this is gorgeous. What a cute little scene and those bears are gorgeous. Sorry to hear the fair was a bit of a damp squid but am sure the next one will be a rip roaring success.

Oh hunny, this is just so gorgeous, cute and perfectly awwwwwh! Beautiful work. Sorry to hear the fayre didn't go so well. You can simply never predict these things. I had thought about going one last month but the table price had gone up again and I only just cleared expenses last time, so I gave it a miss. Managed to sell quite a few at work though when I dropped prices to silly money. Huggles xx
Well, another lovely card - simple and elegant, just like??????? lol
oh comme c'est tendre ! et oui Peace and Love. Merci d'avoir participé au challenge Time4Scrap. Aurane-DT/T4S
A gorgeous card, Faith. Such cute bears! Sorry to hear the craft fair was a bit of a damp squib. I've been asked to sell some cards at our school craft fair. I am worrying because if I sell all of them I'll have none left for myself and if I don't sell any I will have enough for next Christmas too, lol! Not done a fair for about 5 years!
Love the little bears Faith, it's a gorgeous card. Shame about the Fayre but these things are so unpredictable, hope this week's is better for you.
What a lovely peaceful family scene Faith and I love your bit of magical sparkle! Fairs are funny old things and you're never quite sure whether it's timing or what and it can feel a bit disheartening when you've put in so much hard work. Your beautiful work will probably sell like hot cakes at another fair though! Vicky x
