Jaguar cat

Hi Everyone, my card today is a Jaguar cat, a freebie of the month from Morgan's Art, I LOVE him, I coloured him digitally and used digital papers, printed out, cut the circle with a die, to make sure it was a circle LOL. Layered the papers and die cut the sentiment from Tiddly inks, after I added it, I thought, I suppose it should have been for a fish, but I could just see the Jaguar creeping up on it's prey and saying just that! Handy for a Valentine or birthday card me thinks. Just a few drops of Nuvo Crystal drops and a card is born!

Summer martini!

Hi Everyone, my card today is for the Outlawz sketch challenge. I had reason to colour this digi by Andrea Norris at Sheepskidesigns, and, well, I couldn't let it go to waste so here it is on a card following the sketch.

Dragon card

Hi Everyone, I'm still a little sad at Wales losing to Portugal in the Euro Football Cup, but so happy they got so far. Well done Boyo's

My post today is a get well card. I saw a challenge that asked for flag colours, which set my mojo off, it's been in the doldrums lately. I used Morgan's Art Dragon "silvertrace dragon baby in egg" which I had used before as a digital "painting" Here. This time I changed the background colour to suit the challenge. I followed a sketch, (I find it easier) printed the Dragon layer and layered it and added a circle die cut of pearlised card. The white strip is cross hatched card. I added a Tonic die butterfly to balance the sentiment from Create with TLC.

It will go to my Niece who has dislocated and broken her elbow very badly, she lives in England so it will be a bit of Wales for her. I think I will let you know how she did it (in a shortened version). She was getting out of the shower, slipped, went to save herself by putting her hand on the toilet seat lid, the seat lid was up, her arm went into the bend, SNAP! She had 5 hours of surgery and lots of pins and plates to hold her elbow together. Due to the break, she was told after surgery, she has Osteoporosis. Moral of the story ALWAYS put the lid down after using!
Here is my Welsh flag

Male flowers?

Hi Everyone, the challenge over at The Male Room is to "Make Flowers Masculine".

My DT card was to make for a friend of ours, so a great opportunity to do a card for him with flowers! He doesn't garden so didn't want to use that theme. My first thoughts? I chose a sketch to follow, then for the papers. I searched for flowers in my files and this beauty came up. Then realised it was all in a blog hop, so used the papers from the hop.

I made the clock in PS with PS shapes, I cut it out on the Cameo twice, removing the circle for the top layer, the 75 was also cut on the Cameo, I then die cut some small flowers to add "wood carving" to the clock face and to place in the corners. I added a spot of Uniball gold pen to the flowers and covered the 75 with the pen too. I edged the papers with my markers. The sentiment is mine. I hope I have fulfilled the brief.

Baby Girl

Hi Everyone, I was asked by my Son to make a baby girl card for his found full Sister, I showed him a few images and he chose this super one from Some Odd Girls, I chose bright colours and a feet overlay, to finish it off, I added a nappy (diaper) and pin cut on my Cameo, I also cut her out with the print and cut on the Cameo.

She is coloured and she and baby paper pieced, the Baby Girl date stamp was finished in PS. All layered and lace added underneath the middle layer, a die cut of the Baby Girl date stamp. For the inside I copied the top layer papers and added a greeting sentiment on the right side, on the left I copied and played in PS with the baby from the arms of the main image and added it with a cute quote. I'm glad to say he was happy with it.

I had added her name and DOB, but thought it better to delete these from the calendar for posting, for privacy reasons.

Follow Your Dreams

It's time for the Monthly challenge at

the Theme is
TRAVEL
sponsored by the fabulous

This is my DT contribution, the image is named as "Follow Your Dreams" which I thought as a great quote for the title of my layout. This was a simple layout, no real changes to anything, apart from colouring this beautiful image, a few shadows and a PS dissolve filter for the cloud background, I added an inner shadow and an outer glow to the text. I loved playing with this image and in my imagination I am flying away in colour and, if I could remember my dreams, to where they go LOL.
This will make a great congratulations for a graduate, job or moving card when printed out.

Go see what my Team mates have for you with these awesome stamps from All Dressed Up stamps. Have a try at 100% digi yourself, see how easy it is and enter our Travel challenge.
