Hi Everyone, I've not been a good blogger, but here is something that I made in March for an old work colleague, she and her husband celebrated their 60th Anniversary. I had a hard time getting a good photo, dark days didn't help, but I hope you can see what I did.
I was looking around on the web for quick ideas and came across a card that I thought I could case. I did take the link, but it has decided to take a walk somewhere in my craft room, if I find it I will add it. Anyhow, I die cut the hearts and added silver embossed paper from a pad I have, punched some hearts, die cut the 60, cut a banner shape on which I silver embossed Happy Anniversary, then added some gems and a ribbon bow, attached it to the card. I computer generated an insert and it was done. Yep! nice and quick. Happy to say she liked it.
A Quick post today as I have lots going on, but at least I have blogged!I must try and keep up with posting more, I have done work, just not shown it, I'll try and get some things together and let you see them asap. Have a Great week everyone.
EDIT - I have had a few new followers, but can't for the life of me find your blogs, would you comment here, so I can follow you also please?

I don't blog as much as I once did either Faith. Life happens and we have to take what's in front of us as a priority, so I understand completely. There must be something in the water that brings longevity to folks in your area, because I don't think there are many people celebrating 60 years of marriage these days! What a milestone anniversary and a beautiful resulting card you made for them. It looks like Iris folded hearts and the addition of those gemstones makes it very festive and pretty! Nice job!
Oh wow 60 years, thats amazing. A beautiful card for them Faith. I understand this blogging thing of ours, at some point we all go through it. I remember when I was busy and still blogged daily, now I have to remind myself to get on with it. Always happy to a post from you anyways, take care.xx
