It's a wonderful way to present a gift card, Faith! I think it's a lovely gift because they love receiving them! Nothing wrong with that! :o)
It's a great idea beautifully executed. All the kids in our family want money anyway they don't trust our taste lol!
Brilliant idea with the stocking and I agree why buy something they don't like/will not use at least this wy they will get something they want.
