Miyabi framed

Hi Everyone, after being on this image a long while, I decided to finish it and as there is a challenge going over at Aurora Wings, I decided to frame and enter it.

image - Miyabi full version Aurorawings
coloured in Photoshop CS6
background paper - Miya J Nastasja KatcoCreation Collab Paper 07
trees in corners - PS Japanese brushes
Japanese writing - unknown (from 2004)
I already had a frame, it was white, so I added gold lustre wax to it,
it now has a lovely golden shine to it.

I hope I have done justice to the beautiful image, it is not perfect, but I am pleased and have it on display in my conservatory.

when printing it out I printed in landscape instead of portrait!
but I may make this fit an 8 x 8 frame.

Hi Everyone, a BIG blowing my own trumpet with big boasting -
I have to share with you my win over at Aurora Wings. I have been chosen as "Artist's Choice" for my framed image above. I am so overwhelmed and absolutely thrilled to bits. I have to say that everyone who visits us, comments about the framed image, it makes me so proud to have got this result from the fabulous digi by Mitzi.

Faith, can you believe I have this image and it intimidates me? I love what you did with it. Magnificent colors and fab background! I think you've inspired me to try my hand at it. :-D

So sorry Faith, I'm a bit behind in my commenting but here I am, finally, and I have to say I'm in total AWE of your digital coloring skills! Definitely frame worthy, I can't stop looking at it. Gorgeous, gorgeous GORGEOUS work! Giggling a little bit at NC's comment because I'm a bit intimidated by this image myself. You've really outdone yourself here. Love the colors and that background paper is absolutely perfect. Thanks so much for joining our Anything Goes Challenge at Aurora Wings. xxxD
