Strong Floral Lady

Hi Everyone, my card today is for the Dragons Lair Designs FB progressive challenge, the image we were given to play with is just beautiful and I had ideas how to colour her, but it didn't go that way.

I was looking for dp's in my files and came across a blog hop set of files, from DigiChick named "Playful" in it was a paint splatter and my card was born! This card is going to a friend who always has bad things happen to her big and small, but thankfully with lots of prayers, always comes out on top.

image - Dragon's Lair Designs
paint splatter - Alexis Design Studio
grey striped paper - Gina Cabrera
yellow paper - Sweet Caroline Studio
grey paper - Creative Victorian by Lonetta Avelar
die - Tattered Lace
glitter - Tonic Pure Sheen glitter
all printed and layered onto black paper
sentiment from the web

Also don't forget

is holding a Blog Hop, with lots of freebies
Here's what she says -

Wow, this is fantastic Faith! I adore that image with her long flowing hair and the splash of warm colour. Almost has a art nouveau feel to it! The neutral palette with the touches of yellow work so well with the feel of this card, simple yet elegant and so very stylish! Hope you're having a wonderful summer Faith, sending hugs :)
