Pizza Chef

Hi Everyone, my card today is for my Great Nephew in Australia, after recent postage costs for cards I sent abroad, this was going to be one layer card.

I didn't have a clue what to do, but I have a few cards you ladies have made that I really like and keep for reference or ideas. This card from Jenny popped out as it's for the GNephew a Pizza Restaurant Manager - perfect, but of course I did my digi thing to it.

I added a brush font to the brick background then in Photoshop I played with blending options "Blend If"  to get the effect of it being painted on the wall.

I added another brick background to the bottom and did a perspective transformation to make a pavement / sidewalk for the chef to stand on.

I added a shadow effect to the chef, printed it all, laid it onto 5 x 7 inch card and with a pen doodled around the edge, maybe a little too much?

I added 3D gloss to the pizza pieces and his moustache,
 (it's a waxed moustache LOL)

font - Morning Sunset - Fontbundles
brick dp - Far Far Hills freebie
buttons - Uniball silver sparkling pen

This is brilliant Faith.... you are a digi wizz, this looks fab and I bet your G Nephew will love such a personalised card. I know what you mean about overseas postage... one layer is definitely the way to go ;)
Thank you for all you lovely comments and letting me know about this fab card xx
