Hi Everyone here I am with my DT card for today, it's for the challenge at QKR. Our challenge is on the 1st and 15th of every month, so you have 2 chances every month to enter the challenge.
We will select two winners each of the weeks
1 using QKR Stampede or Eureka Stamps image
and 1 using any image!
Anything Goes every 1st & 15th of the month
I had done this snake HERE but decided to do her again as I loved it so much, this is completely different, I think you'll agree.
I print and cut her on the digital cutting machine, I made her pink with DI's, I thought she would be a little sunburnt at the beach? and heat embossed to give her a shine, (she's got lots of suntan cream on)? The dp background is one I've had a long time, I added a sun on which I did rays in gold pen and sparkle pen on the face of the sun. The snake had to have some friends at the beach so I added the star fish and crab dies. I placed the beach sentiment and my card was done. I have to admit she makes me smile.

ReplyDeleteThis is fabulous Faith, I love the snake image and I was much the same colour last week as the hot weather caught me out a bit when we were on holiday as I hadn’t taken any sun screen. Had to have a quick dash to the shops !! xx

ReplyDeleteOMG, this is absolutely hilarious and I needed a good chuckle today! LOL I love the snake on the beach with her bikini top (we won't mention the bottoms are missing) but with the crab and starfish accents, this is just the most fun card I've seen in a long time! You did good with this one and thanks for the giggles :) I love that sentiment too :)

This is brilliant, Faith. I love the beach scene you have created and the added critters are wonderful. I totally agree with the sentiment, though I have discovered that the mountains are also soothing.
