Hi Everyone, my card today is for
I really didn't know what to do, so I looked through my stamps and my cut files and decided to put the ones I found together, so my take on the challenge today is Water!
I cut the background out on the digital cutting machine and added DO's and DI's to the background, pulled out a stencil, that I seem to reaching for all the time, and stenciled the sea and clouds. Stamped the birds and boat, coloured them with DI's added white pen to the waves, then 3d'd the sentiment. Off to find some card to add to the background and found a dark navy that I liked, voila all done! btw, the light blue surround is from my lightbox background.
This is gorgeous,love the design.xxx
ReplyDeleteHi Faith, well this is just gorgeous, I love it its so creative.
ReplyDeleteWe have survived the storms here in the NW England but my garden has a few issues, sadly I have three very old hydranga bushes that look very poorly and I lost a forsythia, everything else is battered to the ground but at least the house is still standing, it was the hail storm that finished it all off but we are here thankfully. I hope all is well for you and yours.xx
A super nautical card Faith, a lovely image and beautifully framed.
