Poinsettia box card

Hi Everyone, I hope your all ready for the Christmas festivities? Me? just a couple of stocking fillers for hubby! and food of course. At least it won't be a huge amount as there are only the three of us and with Covid quite high around here, no visitors this year. Thankfully we are fit and well, I hope it stays that way, we are being very careful. I don't know how far down the list we are for the vaccine.

Anyhow, I saw this box card and had to try it, I'm thrilled to bits how it turned out. I'm so glad to have this hobby where I can flit from one way of making things to another. Can't get bored then LOL. Here it is.
card box - My Scrap Chick
cut with Silhouette Cameo
red card - pearl Centura card, Crafters COmpanion
green & orange card- Lidl
kraft card - The Works
Distress inks for edging details
stamp - magazine freebie
patterned paper - First Edition
gold peel offs top and bottom of the box edges
(I knew I would use them again!)

This is it sideways on, the greeting goes onto the back layer

this is it folded flat for postage

  2. OMGosh what a wonderful gift box Faith, beautifully created and lovely colours.
Good to hear that you are all keeping well and safe. I think I will be in the fourth trench of vaccines having diabetes, which will be later in the winter, Alistair should be before me as he is 75, but I'm not holding my breath as we have the debacle that is Brexit to cause chaos to all dregs coming into the UK, keep smiling and crafting, Kate x

  8. It’s a lovely design Faith, I would have been lost without my Cameo during these last months even though my mojo has been lacking at times. Christmas will be quiet for us too, just me, hubby and the two kitties but better safe than sorry and roll on the vaccine xx
