Hi Everyone, my card today is my card for 2 challenges, I had fun with this. I printed and layered all the papers and image, then 3D layered the image, a touch of glitter glue on the stars in his pyjamas. I immediately thought of Wee Willie Winkie in the Nursery Rhyme, so added the rhyme. I could say another quick card IF, I could have made a choice of the papers, which took ages!!!! so all in all it took hours LOL.

Thought I would pop into this post, the sunset we had the other night, it was one which had me running for my camera and outside, just stunning, the sky was on fire.
Such a fun card and yes the image is perfect for the sentiment/rhyme. Great job on your choice of paper...yes sounds familiar on how long it takes to choose x Loving the photo of the sky. We often get fabulous ones too in Scotland and I run in for my camera!
ReplyDeleteJust had to come tell you how adorable I think this is, Faith! Saw it on the Outlawz. Love the papers, piecing and layering. the addition of the poem is brilliant and it's a great take on the sketch, too. Reminds me I need to color him up, as well. xxD

ReplyDeleteThis little nightowl is just cute as can be in his 'jammies. Love the bright rainbow colors of the dp, with the layers as you've done them. It's just a real fun & adorable card, having all your special skills to make it so. TFS that gorgeous sunset. You've captured so well with your camera, what the eye was seeing. I can never manage to replicate that when I try to take sunset pictures. Really enjoyed seeing that. It would lift the spirit for sure!! TFS & Hugs too.
