Belated birthday

Hi Everyone, I had a phone call from an old work colleague, upset that I had forgotten her birthday and had not sent her a card, that spurred me into a quick one to get into the post, double quick, I didn't have an hour! Instead of thinking of something new, I looked in my PS files to see if I had a belated birthday card and thankfully I did. this one, of course I didn't want to do the same, and as I had got myself some new dies, well you HAVE too don't you, I used part of a set and used the same papers and an the already coloured image, which I Love anyway, because she reminds me of me!! A quick print, place papers, die cut the image and the frame, print a quick verse, from previous, still thankfully appropriate - done! and into post 30 minutes, not bad LOL.

  2. What a fab card Faith. I love that image because it reminds me of me too! I always used to go out to play without shoes when I was a child! And love the new logo - daffodils are my favourite flowers...always bright, sunny and cheerful. Still no sign of them where we live! x

  6. What a great card, Faith, and how brilliant of you to put it together so quickly!

Fabulous photos, too, you must be having much better weather in Wales! We have had drizzle for ages, and none of the spring flowers are emerging :( Never mind, the evenings are noticeably lighter, and I know that spring will get here eventually!!! <3

  10. Wow! Speedy lady. That"s a great card too. It takes me like an hour to photograph, type, and edit photos before posting lol. Beautiful flowers. My state is warm one day and freezing the next so I don't dare plant yet.

  15. Ps. The CD is so loaded with images and with so many pre-colored images you can do a quick, last minute card...hint hint. I bought my CD in UK and mailed to me. It is now in the states to order. It was worth every penny...in this case....every dollar.

  16. What an awesome card - it takes me 30 mins. to decide on an image! I love the die cut base - great idea and the image and sentiment are perfect for a belated card - I'm late!! Spring has definitely sprung for you. I see only little green tips here and there of the bulbs, but not much else. Still have some snow on the ground.

  21. OMGosh Faith, you made this card in 30 minutes?!!! It is awesome and I am loving that image you used!! Still, I don't think I could have made a card like this in 30 mins. lol I love the die cuts you used, it's a beautiful belated birthday card!! Wow, spring has sprung in your yard! I love seeing the flowers and how they are coming along. My neighbor's daffodil's are up and soon ready to bloom. I think they will bloom this week as our temps are supposed to be 70 on Thursday. So I think that will push those buds open. I love your new logo and header Faith!! It looks fabulous and is so beautiful! You are a talented lady in many ways. Hugs, Brenda

  22. Ohhhh, those daffodils!! All your spring flowers are exciting to see! We had quite a bit of snow melt today and it felt a bit like spring, but I know we're in for more snow before I can dream of daffodils...

Your card is amazing for only 30 minutes!! Well done!! I'm sure your friend will be delighted, even though it's a bit late.
