Apron Card

Hi Everyone, my card today is a Cameo cut, of a template I made in PS and saved to the Cameo to cut. Great what a rectangle and 2 ovals can do LOL.

I used Cameo sketch pens to "stitch" around the edge of the card before cutting it, I also cut the paper the 2 pockets, kitchen tools cupcake and "Friend".  Added cotton lace and ribbon. The insert was print and cut on the Cameo. I printed out the recipe, I had done in PS, which I thought would be nice to add.

cupcake is by Snickerdoodles

  1. This is amazing! What a cute idea with the apron! Love all the details you included. The inside is equally as cute, with that lovely saying. I'm sure the recipient will love this!

  2. Absolutely fun and creative...of course...because you did it. I never get to use the sketch pen before they dry up. What ink pens do you use?

  3. This is just the most delightful card to celebrate a 70th birthday. Bet this person likes to cook. I've never even tried the cameo pens (think I've got some for the cricut, never used 'em either). You amaze me at the intricate projects you turn out on this machine. I would aspire to even get close to being as talented as you are with the cameo. But the cameo didn't come up with this clever design. It just carried out your fantastic idea! Love that you included the recipe in the apron pocket. TFS & Have a great week coming up. Hugs

    1. You are welcome to ask me for the file in Cameo format. If not double a card, make a rectangle and cut 2 ovals from the top, add pockets or whatever you wish. Good Luck.
