CAS hybrid.

Hi Everyone, a couple of days of absolutely NIL mojo, didn't even want to be on the computer, even though I had delivery of a die set! Yep I really had it BAD! Well I have done something today, which brightened me up a bit, (because of the colour) - but a CAS card? You have seen that I don't do CAS, I've tried, but I always want to add more, I was going through Paper Playful looking for a challenge for another card and saw a challenge for Birds, well for some reason the peacock came into my mind. This card was born, let me know if you think it CAS? I'm going to enter anyway, no harm is it? LOL.
I designed it in PS, as usual, with digi image and papers, printed them out and layered the papers and cut out a die heart from my new set. The photo isn't too good, it's not a bright day and still a bit windy, the blue is more turquoise, but somehow it's more blue here, oh! well! Hope you like it.

You may have lost your Mojo for a while, but you certainly haven't lost your talent - lovely card and a good interpretation of the design. x

  5. Well, since I don't do CAS well myself, I'm not a good judge. I will say I love the colors, the peacock is wonderful with the way you've got it as an inlay into the cheery blue. Also love that border treatment with the bright feathered eyes! My MoJo has been definitely NIL for some months, dunno why. I try to meet commitments, and have a bunch of UFO-s. I'm ok if I get 'started', but procrastinate with the start process. Too many other distractions I guess. Your MoJo certainly reappeared with a super Big Bang! TFS & Hugs. Hope the wk ahead is just great.

  11. Faith, it's perfect for a CAS design. I'm still working on perfecting my own CAS so I understand the struggle. Love your color combo and the peacock feather design along the left side.
