Bright flowers WLSC

Hi Everyone, my DT card today is for We Love Stamping. This month, we would love to see your cards with the theme from Lolo of

Hand Painted Images

Recently I had some new stamps and stencils in my subscription magazine, that I thought I would use some for this card. I die cut a square to add to my 6x6inches base card. The flowers were stamped with the sentiment and embossed with gold embossing powder, then I cut a mask for the flowers and blended a stencil in the corner. Next, I coloured the flowers and leaves. I then decided to stencil the base card too, and follow the stencil shape I had done on the die cut piece. I wondered if it was a bit OTT, but decided to go with it. Nothing else was added, as there is a lot on the card with the stencil.

inks - Distress inks, mustard seed, squeezed lemonade, ripe persimon, mowed lawn and rustic wilderness.
stamps and stencil -  Simply Cards & Papercraft Magazine #256

Don't forget, your image must be hand coloured. We now require At least one stamped element on entries. Those of you like us, who love to stamp, we would still love you to enter your fully stamped entry.

We have two prizes to reflect the theme from Highlight Crafts of watercolour mediums

Just a note, to thank you all for your kind wishes. Huge Hugs to you all. x

  18. I think the two tone split on this card works well Faith and a very pretty stencil you used too, and a beautifully coloured central flower image. x
