Hi Everyone here I am with my first of two DT card for today, it's for the challenge at QKR. Our challenge is on the 1st and 15th of every month, so you have 2 chances every month to enter the challenge.
We will select two winners each of the weeks
1 using QKR Stampede or Eureka Stamps image
and 1 using any image!
Anything Goes every 1st & 15th of the month
I had an image of a cherry and I decided to copy the shape and make a die cut out of the image, with a red card for the top layer of cherry and a pink for the bottom layer or the shine of the cherry, then different colours for stem and leaf. I embossed the leaf to shape it and curved the cherries. I added gloss to the cherries and sparkle pen to the leaves. The background arrows are from the sketch I followed. I also cut a bowl shape and placed the cherries into it.
The extra cherry was placed as if it was out of the bowl! I'm really pleased with the result of the cherries.
The sentiment was printed and then, you may remember I hadn't tried "sploshing" here and used a dp, well here I sploshed! Not quite as I would have liked but OKish.

Honey seems to think it was the fresh asparagus we had Sunday night, who the heck knows. Anyway, it's a great card, the cherry red really pops! xoxo
