A gotta make

Hi Everyone, well mojo has completely left me, so I decided to choose an image and go with it no matter what happened, even if I had to put it into the bin, at least it would get me started. I decided to go through my digital stamps and use something I haven't used before and I can tell you there are a great many.

Anyhow, this is what I came up with, it has given me a spurt to do more, how long it will take to do is another thing.  I had seen a card on Pinterest with an image that was very simply done, so I cased it and this is the result. Not as good as the original but I'm pleased.

After I had placed the centre onto the card, it was a little too simple for me, so I made a frame and added it. Those thin frames are a bit wobbly, so it has a little ripple it, any tips on placing them?

  3. It's a cute card. I love my digi images as well as my stamps. As far as the ripple is concerned I don't really see it. [Bunny]

  11. I love the image Faith, it’s so sweet. Afraid I don’t having any helpful suggestions about the frame but you really have to look hard to see the ripple, don’t think I would have noticed if you hadn’t mentioned it xx

  21. Hi Faith! Very cute card and I'm proud of you for using such a clever tactic to tell your mojo it does not get to loaf! I'm suffering with my muse as well, and blame it on warmer weather plus nothing lasts forever.

Hmm, the frames like that would only be super stiff if you used 110# card or more, I'd think. But why? It looks great as is and that is what HOMEMADE means, lol! XOX

  23. I love this little image Faith and the frame is a perfect design touch to add interest. Your frame looks great to me but I find it hard to add a thin frame straight. What I do is temporarily fix the centre of the frame on the card base, attach the frame, then take the centre out. Vicky x
