Hi Everyone here I am with the second of my DT posts for today and it's for the new challenge at QKR. Our challenge is now on the 1st and 15th of every month, so you have 2 chances every month to enter the challenge.
We will select two winners each of the weeks
1 using QKR Stampede or Eureka Stamps image
and 1 using any image!
Anything Goes every 1st & 15th of the month
I saw this image and thought it beautiful. I was going to paint it, but thought I would try doing it in Photoshop as I wanted to add a striped "coat", as I have seen in vintage images. However when I went to do the background I couldn't get it right for some reason and decided to fussy cut the image after printing and paint the background. I layered the headdress, sleeve and lamb. I added a die cut gold star and then decided to stencil the background with stars using an alcohol wipe, I've seen many of you do it. I also added some gold glitter. I stamped the sentiment and sparkle clear embossed. In the end I am quite happy how it turned out.
