Hi Everyone, my DT card today is for
https://themaleroomchallengeblog.blogspot.com/
The garden? what an easy challenge for me! Of course I had to make a scrapbook page. I started with a template and filled it from then on, I don't really have much idea how to do scrapbook pages, but this way it is so much easier (for me). I chose all white flowers and shrubs and chose papers and elements to match. Hopefully keeping it masculine.
template - Akizo
background floral paper - Pixelscrapper
white honeycomb background - Gina Cabrera
ribbon paper - etc by Danyale
boots - Marisa Lerrin
seed packets - Pixelscrapper
fence - Meldesigns

ReplyDeleteCan't tell you how delighted I was to see your scrapbook page. Loving how you've told the story of lockdown without being depressing!
ReplyDeleteWhat a stunning layout, Faith! I love your combination of colours. This post is full of spring! Hugs, my friend.
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful layout!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful layout, who would have thought anything was amiss by seeing nature like this.
ReplyDeleteStay safe.
What a stunning layout Faith! I love the photo's you used from your garden and all the embellishments are perfect with them. I'd love to soak up your sunshine! We have had a wet cool to cold spring so far. Even had snow flurries on Sunday! Mother Nature is confused I think. Spring is know to be wet, so that isn't as big of a deal, but most of our days in April were rain. Made for a dreary month. May has had it's fair share of rain so far, but we've had some sun too. Hoping the normal temps soon kick in and we dry out some. Now don't faint because I've commented! Off to mow while the sun is shinning. Hugs, Brenda

ReplyDeleteOh, my, Faith, what a magnificent page! Great photographs (but then your garden photos always are gorgeous) and just the right amount of embellishment. Love it!
ReplyDeleteThis is really inspiring Faith and I really wish I had the means of printing off some photos so that I could join in! I love your photos, I love the embellishments and I love your themed additions (fence, chicken wire, Victorian path edging, wood planking.) And like Jane, I really appreciate your positive spin on the spring of 2020 - yes we have this virus going around the world but there are many things that we can still feel fortunate about. Hugs, Vicky x
