20th and 21st

Hi Everyone, two (or even 3 LOL) cards for the price of one today. I saw a card from Vicky's blog and thought, ah! a nice quick and easy card for me to copy for for two G-Nephews, who don't know each other. Well I can only admire Vicky for her card as I didn't find it easy at all!

Here is my first attempt, I'm not happy with these, they were printed and stars left over from Christmas makes added, with Nuvo drops.

I had another go and these were the results.
I used  my WRMK foil pen with Silhouette after printing them. Then added stamped beer glasses, a magazine freebie, coloured with watercolour pencils. I'm still not sure about the cards, but they are the ones I sent. (I forgot to take a photo of the 20th card!) I think maybe I'm not a CAS card maker, I always want to add something else. Oh! Well. Thanks for the inspiration Clare.

  1. I do not make CAS cards either, Faith, but these are lovely.
And, by the way, I watched youtube videos and found etching cream online in an english shop. I am waiting for them to send me an email to inform me about the shipping cost, and if the shipping cost is not too high, I am going to make my own etching glass. Thank you again for the inspiration, sweetie. BIG HUGS!

  18. Oh Faith, these are great! I'm so thrilled to have inspired you and thanks for the shout out! (I do seem to remember those stars and dots being quite fiddly -LOL!) Your other card is gorgeous and features that all-important beer - I predict the men will love them! Vicky x
