I am looking through the files and stamps and dies I have, I pick something up and then my mind goes blank. However I thought maybe you would like some photos to peruse? If not just look at my card LOL I don't want to bore you.
The card is one made for a friend of mine a couple of months ago and not blogged, she "insists" I make an angel card each time for her, whatever the occasion. This was for her birthday. I am running out of angels in my files, so will have to look around for a few LOL.
Angel and other elements, ready coloured - Design Bundles
layers were print and cut on the Cameo
sparkle pens - Spectrum Noir
silver mirror card - stash
this is to show the sparkle, but I had sent it to her before
realising the photo was blurred!
Maybe last year or the year before we had a visit from a Green Woodpecker, we have had it visit twice this week, I was excited to see it. The bird this morning stayed for three quarters of an hour on our lawn, until my son decided to go outside! Oh! well, I just hope he will return. Just a couple of photos of his visit.
Also a rare visitor this week a Nuthatch,
here with a Coal Tit
AND a butterfly! I love the colour combination here, he only landed a short while and off before I could get more photos.
Last but not least our pots of flowers out in the back garden, we haven't had these large begonias before and they just keep flowering and growing, quite a show.
I hope you've enjoyed your visit today and like the photos. I promise to get my hands into something soon. There I've said it - so I HAVE too.
Such a beautiful card and image. Thanks for sharing the photos

Your card with the pretty angel is beautiful! Your friend will certainly be in awe of it!!
ReplyDeleteI love your photos. I know it is more work to add more photos, but I certainly enjoy your bird and flower photos so much.
Here in the Midwest of the US, we have lots of nuthatches. They are at my feeder daily. I love how they like to hang upside down to eat the munchies!! I'm not familiar with the Green Woodpecker, but I have many other varieties of woodpeckers. The red headed ones are very showy!! Not familiar with the Coal Tit either, but we have Tufted Titmouse all year long. I love their pretty little crest on top of their head. Your butterfly is similar to thousands I have of the Painted Lady. They came all in one day it seemed and will go away for the winter just as quickly. The monarchs will be coming soon. They love my coneflowers and heliopsis.
Your potted flowers are gorgeous! I love red begonias in a pot. They make such a statement and are so tolerant of our dry weather here.
Didn't mean to write a book, I just get so excited about birds and flowers. Thanks for sharing!!
Hugs!
Darcy
