This is the beautiful image I decided to colour.

then print and cut on the Silhouette Cameo
embossing folder - Crafters Companion
the framed background is from Watercolour png @ Creativefabrica
I added gold Uniball pen to the frame shape background,
otherwise it is already coloured.

Spectrum Noir clear Sparkle pen over image.
both frame and image 3D'd
