Brave WIngs

Hi Everyone, my DT post today is for

It's also a few days late!!!!!! sorry Team.

I have chosen this lovely image, which I coloured in Photoshop, then gave it a painting feel by adding a canvas texture to it. I also added a mosaic effect background also done in PS. I found a fabulous cut file frame to use with my Cameo and felt it was the perfect design for this wonderful warrior lady. I didn't think she needed anything else. For some reason my lady isn't printing as bright as I painted her. You'll find better colours below on the originals.

background paper on image - Booland Designs
paper layers - stash
black line frame - Rosie De Lise
cut on the Cameo
sentiment off web

I have added with and without canvas effect, which do you prefer?

  3. Wow such great work and manipulation on PS. Wonderful image, great sentiment and do so like the mosaic effect. I think the canvas effect looks great as it adds another 'layer' of texture x.

  17. Your PS magic is beautiful with this unusual & striking image. Love the extra touches you've added to create the dimension and texture too. While I think both with & without canvas look terrific, I think I like the 'linen' texture on the canvas effect. The silhouette framing made this look as though it should hang in a gallery. Oh well done! Hope the DVT is improving each day, and you are being careful as well. TFS & Hugs
