Hi Everyone, my card today has a minimum colour pallete, I think it works with the image which is from the Outlawz progressive challenge and given by -
image - Sheepski Designs
coloured in PS
flower border svg, I used part of her Daisy Border card - Shirley's cards
butterfly dies and embossing folder - Tattered Lace
sentiment Create with TLC
bling - Poundland
ribbon coloured yellow with Spectrum Noir markers - stash
this card is for the Outlawz Progressive Challenge and the
Sketch Challenge, I am using a sketch SC012015 from 2015 turned 45%
Seeing as the sentiment quotes April,
I thought I would show you our garden a few days ago
A super card Faith, such a pretty colour combination.

Faith, this kitty is colored so beautifully!! I just love it and such a great card design! You picked a perfect sketch for this card!
ReplyDeleteMy daffodils are just leaves so far. About 3-4 inches tall. One one, I can just see some yellow in the center, so it won't be long now. However...........we are getting snow on Sunday. I think Mother Nature is either mad at us or she is confused!!! Your daffodils are beautiful.
Hugs!
Darcy

Gray & yellow are a winning color combo...and this is a delightfully cute card. Those eyes really gleam too! It's been so long since I did anything with Outlawz and that's how I started in the early days of blogging. Always enjoy seeing the wonderful photos you share, and DH has some pretty sunny daffodils coming up. The spring sky looks a bit scary with those roiling clouds, but we need the rain for the May flowers I guess. It's rainy & dreary here today as well, a bit breezy, but at least nothing like some of our other states are having. Have a great week, TFS
ReplyDeleteOOH! Great choice of sketch and love your color combo, Faith. Need to get my butt in gear and color this cutie! Fabulous die cuts, embossing and coloring! Thanks so much for all your sweet comments on my blog. xxD
