floral Sympathy

Hi Everyone, my make for the Outlawz Sketch challenge today is very, very simple, a couple of layers and one paper and something from my first crafting experiences, to embellish a card - gold stickers! The die cutting took ages though, getting the right sizes to fit LOL. I wanted, so much, to put more on, a die cut or something, but I resisted and the end result is something I am pleased with.

square pieced dies - Sue Wilson
gold stickers - Dovecraft

I thought I would add another digital scrapbook page of our weekend away, aren't you thrilled? AND I have a couple more to share - all say Yippee! LOL

  5. I'm saying Yippee!! I love seeing any and all of your work, Faith! Always so beautiful and it gives me great ideas for using my "stuff." Beautiful sympathy card. I think your paper is gorgeous and the gold stickers really are beautiful, too! I love your photos of your trip. I am fascinated with castles and haven't been in any yet, but my bucket list has Scotland on it, complete with castle tours! My grandmother came over to the US from Scotland on a boat when she was 3. Well, that's stuff you didn't ask to know!! Haha!
    Hugs!

  6. Love the card Faith but am totally in love with the layout!! The photos are amazing especially of the plane. How cool was that to see that plane?! Love the pictures of the church as well. Is that you in the photo?? I love looking around old church census ties at the headstones. Have ever since I was a child. Hope you are having a good weekend Faith. Bret just got my Internet back working and then he hit the road to go back up to school. Hugs, Brenda
