I cut the name plate on the Cameo from mirror card, I was disappointed it had such a large over run on the cutting, but then thought it was sort of "robot -y", I kept the name in the frame and stuck it down then removed the frame and 3D'd it, hubby thought it was a metal piece I had cut out, and Chris loved it all, even showing his friends, for a 41 year old that's something LOL. I was well pleased with reaction from both of them.

Faith that is a great card for a gamer - very personal. I'm sure it will be appreciated.
ReplyDeleteFabulous card Faith, I don't where you get such wonderful ideas from. Re the text, it looks as if you have Line Segment Overcut selected and the setting is too high. You can turn it off or lower it in Material Settings in the Send Panel if you are using V4 of Silhouette Studio. I have mine set to 0.1 mm. I think it's at the bottom of the Cut Settings Panel in earlier versions. xx
ReplyDeleteThank you Shirley, I must get used to changing it. x
