I decided to go with our wonderful dog, that had been our life for ten and a half years.
I only have 2 digital photos of her and would have to go searching amongst
too many to do this post, but she deserved to be featured in a post all of her own.
I used a template for the layout by Indigo Designs
Dog treat paper, dog treat bowl, paw heart all by Hugware
designs no longer available.
tennis ball by Gina Cabrera
This was quite a simple page, as I wanted Jess centre stage.

So sweet Faith. She looks like she was such a good dog, I'm sure she is sorely missed. Love how you put her into the page, with her few favorite things.
ReplyDeleteIt's a lovely tribute to Jess. I must be in in a melancholy state because your card and family pet touched my heart. Our last sweet fur baby lived a wonderful 16 years and she's still missed deeply.
ReplyDeleteA wonderful layout Faith, Jess looks adorable - a lovely tribute.

What a wonderful page of a beautiful dog, Faith.Love your layering and the faid out at the borders. Just beautiful.
ReplyDeleteLet me start with an apology and a request for indulgence. I've had a serious injury to my left elbow, requiring surgery from which I'm still recovering and it's going to be a long, slow process of healing. Not only is my crafting limited but the amount of time I can spend typing is very short. So I can (and do) visit but commenting literally takes hours. Hope you'll be forgiving. And, if you read this same comment on someone else's blog, you'll know that I cut my commenting time to nothing by doing a copy and paste of it. I follow so many dear friends that this seemed the best way to get the word out. :-D
ReplyDeleteI love this layout, Faith, and she was such a beauty!
Oh Faith what a wonderful page of your gorgeous dog. Love how you've captured her kind heart in this beautiful photo and your design is fabulous. Pat K x
