Vellum?

Hi Everyone, my card today is very simple and is for the progressive challenge at the Digistamps4joy FB page. We have had a lovely floral corner digital image, which I, for some reason, wanted to have as a white embossed stamp on vellum. I found a way in PS and I am thrilled with the result. I can now have a digi "stamped" in white onto any background, any of you want to know how, give me a shout!

I used a CAS design, as I wanted the focus to be on the stamp and the glittered vellum! Both of which are digital. After printing, I cut them out and layered them onto the base paper and added a sentiment using the same effects as the main image. then added pearls to hold down the "vellum".

This closeup shows the "glittered vellum"!

  5. It's not only beautiful, but amazing as well. I think when you have time, this could be another tutorial! The embossing looks just like you've done it with EP, and very dimensional. Looks so nice against the bright pink dp, and brilliant idea to use the pearls as 'glue'...also very pretty extra detail to your card! Love it! TFS & Hgs

Your card turned out beautifully and I totally understand the delicate look of this image being white.
