Sympathy card

Hi Everyone, there comes a time when these cards have to be done and I had been told that a friend's father had passed. I didn't have any cards ready and I knew I had this digi stamp that had been allowed to sit and wait until I thought of it.

In PS I added a spray background with a gradient overlay, then added the digi and added a gradient layer to that, I think it's made an interesting effect, one you clever people with stamps and ink and all the other stuff you use, can do so beautifully. What I love about this effect it has even tinted the digi.

This was die cut and layered onto a black grosgrain ribbon, which happily I retrieved from a celebration box of luxury chocolates we had as a gift last weekend. I added a little heart button.

  13. A beautiful card, just right for the sad occasion - a simple expression of sympathy, with just the right amount of embellishment. I was surprised to read that it was all digitally created!
Good luck in the lavinia challenge.
