I used a digital background to layer her and 3D'd the image, firstly I added a pinky "stroke" border in PS then sent it to print and cut in the Cameo, I coloured her with my Spectrum Noir, I hardly touched her face, which seems to work better for me. I added a treble cleft with her age on, that I put together in PS, printed onto matching card and glittered it.

I used this for a young lady last year on her Christmas card and she loved it. I made it read cool yule! Love the pink palette you chose - very pretty card.
