Well what can I say about this Owl? I LOVE that he is a Knight Owl and was perfect for my Son's birthday, he would rather sleep in the day and be up all night. The stars and sentiment are also in the digi.

I used a photo I had taken in the back garden of a full moon, it seemed a perfect background,  I duplicated the stars a few times and added the perfect sentiment that came in the package from Sparkle n Sprinkle, I printed it all out from PS and layered the grand Knight. To say that I am thrilled how this turned out would be an understatement, it is perfect for me in every way. Thank you SnS. I added a border around the background in PS, printed it out and layered the Owl, a bit of ultra fine sparkle and voila! except I added the sparkle AFTER the 3D gloss on his eyes and nose and feet and a little has caught on them, but I don't think it matters, things sparkle in the moonlight don't they? You can see it on the "real" card. My Son had a laugh at it and it's meaning, I added "I love you to the moon and back" on the inside, another of the sentiments included.

  1. Ooh this is fab, it would be perfect for my son too, he can sleep a day away.
Thank you for your comment on my blog. You are so right, there was 17 of us in our tiny house and it was lovely having everyone there. All ages from 2 to 83 but I did heave a huge sigh of relief when they`d all gone :)
