I had tried to colour this image (and others) in with new colouring markers, but failed miserably, so I sent them back and have decided to stick to my digi colouring, yes it restricts me in certain challenges, however I am happy doing it this way and at my age happy is good :)
The image Wishful Asha is free from Make it Crafty with this months challenge at the Outlawz Progressive Challenge, also Scrapbook.com has a card challenge with Friendship as the theme, so this is suitable for both. I used a dandelion background to simulate the seeds blowing around and used a Photoshop swirly mask behind the image and the sentiment, to make it seem like they were blowing around as well. I used Xcut round dies to cut out the sentiment and image and 3D'd them over the PS mask. A CAS card I suppose, but I didn't think it needed anything else and the image is so pretty. I followed the Design Seed colour sample.
This is really lovely

So pretty Faith and I love the swirly mask effect xx
ReplyDeleteI love it!! Now I better get my butt in gear and make mine!! All the elements go perfectly together. I think it takes talent to color well in PS so keep at it Lady!! I like the shadows and highlights you have...just like if you colored it with markers. Beautiful!
