Christmas card - again!

Hi Everyone, I've been absent for a few days lack of mojo AGAIN!

Hubby took me and walked around with me (bless him and no moans either) when we went to the Cardiff Craft and Hobby show today, OH! temptation everywhere LOL. I VERY nearly bought some inks, that were £80 instead of £160, oh! boy did that lady know what she was doing. However I decided that my PS was my favourite way of working. I know, most of you would say I am mad, but I think I have to practice colouring by hand before making such an investment, however, it very nearly was hand in the pocket time. I did buy some card and paper and a die! I know, last of the big spenders LOL.

As for my mojo - I saw that Outlawz has a progressive challenge, so I joined it and put my painting PS skills to a real challenge for me, I'm quite pleased with it though and the VERY different Christmas colours, from a digi kit I have had since 2011. I layered the image onto printed paper (to match) and 3D'd the sentiment and added some pearl paint to the holly berries. I love this image she is so cute and I'm so glad I had the chance to use her. I don't think I will be so afraid to colour Ppinky Doll images again, the shadows are all there to help.

  1. I think these are great colors for Christmas, Faith! Love the words in the frame! You do so well in PS, there's not need to spend money on inks.

  2. I love the image too Faith, its so cute and your PS colouring looks great. £80 for inks sounds like a lot to me even if they were a bargain so you did well to resist them !!

  4. Just had to pop over and say how I loved this card Faith. Your colouring is great, I wouldn't even know where to start, so I will stay with my stamp pads for colouring. That paper is also gorgeous. Thank you for all your lovely comments you leave me, I need to catch up with visiting. Hugs, Ursula
