My card today is for another Great nephew, he loves sailing so that's my theme for him this year. Search brought up these papers in my files, so glad it did, isn't the yellow a different colour to usual for sailing cards, however it's from a Pirate kit, so perhaps not so unusual!

Just thought I'd show you a photo of the results of the heavy rain we had last week.
At least the daffodils were out for St David's Day.

What a great card for a sailor Faith. Fabulous papers too..love the yellow with the blue.
ReplyDeleteYour daffodils look so pretty waiting for the sunshine. So good to see you playing along with us at Cardz for Guyz this week. hugs, Pat K xx

ReplyDeleteSuper card Faith, makes me long for summer. We had some snow yesterday and Monday and it's so cold - no sign of our daffodils yet.

Lovely card.
ReplyDeleteSweet card Faith, love all the marine style papers you used and your sailboat is a great focal image! I can't believe you have flowers!! You might faint if I showed you what it looks like here, my world has only one colour right now...white! Ugh! big hugs :)
ReplyDeleteLove your card for your Great nephew and love the pic you shared of your flowers. I love anything to do with water and I used to love sailing when I was younger and had more free time. But I'll sit in my beach chair any time and watch the sailboats...haha Thank you for sharing and joining us in our Challenge #3 Ants in the Pantry at Doodle Pantry.
ReplyDeletePS...I meant to add that I laughed at your remark about fresh laundry outside blowing in the wind and how cold it was. If we did that here, the laundry would be stiff as a board...haha PPS Thank you for your sweet comment on my post and for following my blog. I'm more on the silly side with cards. I need to make beautiful cards ever so often...haha Like your awesome card the other day with the victorian lady and all the beautiful eye candy elements.
ReplyDeleteLovely colourful and cheerful card Faith, I'm sure your nephew will love it!
