My PS layered |
Printed, layered, embossed and clock cut file with added sparkle by Glamour Dust - my Hybrid card.
I did the layout in PS as usual and just made shapes to match this sketch, I then used overlays, which gave me patterned paper, a great way to copy the colours exactly ay? AND have patterned paper.
What do I mean by overlays? On the left is a folder that includes one of the overlays I used, ( the 3rd from the right) it's usually a black pattern that you place over your digi paper, "clip" it to the paper, use "overlay" blending options, it then takes on the colours of the paper in different hues! I know I blind most of you with Photoshop terms, but hope it helps the people who visit and understand what I am doing.
The clock is from Wilma4ever at Pixel Scrapper Blog Hop June 2014. The great sentiment is from Create with TLC

Fabulous card! Love the glittery offset clock numbers and you've colored the image beautifully. So glad you shared her with us for the Sparkle N Sprinkle Creative Challenge. Congrats on being a SNS Featured Artist as well!
ReplyDeleteI love this image too - and the background you created for her is perfect.

Very classy!
ReplyDeleteThis is stunning and as Bonnie said, very classy looking too! Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteSaw this beautiful lady on Facebook, and finally had a chance to pop over to see at your blog (and I've said this before, but you really need to take away that 'could do better' option, cause I don't think you could!!!). You were spot on with the challenge colors for this image, and just love what you did with the digi. I've seen these ladies when I visit SnS store, and always fight myself not to buy one. Great to know they are available as digis. You did the image proud with your pretty card, and yes, I'm one of those blinded by the PS terms. But thanks for giving the explanation and trying to teach us something!!! Great job and TFS. Hugs
