Hi Everyone, a get well card today, for a neighbour's daughter who at just 25 has had a stroke, losing her left side. We were so shocked, and as it was just after St David's Day, I made this card for her.
I found a verse and did the card to reflect it. I designed it in Photoshop and cut layers with my Silhouette. Then printed the sentiment and fairy, attaching it to a yellow piece of card. I added the layers with 3D pads, and added glitter pen to her wings. Next, I added gold sequins. Very simple, but I hope it conveyed our feelings for her.

Bless this lovely young woman, I have a neighbours daughter, same age, same thing last year, thankfully she is well now, I wish the same for your neighbours daughter, such a shock when they are so young.

ReplyDeleteOMG that is so awful Faith. I always worried about my kids at that age with so many young sports people dying in their sleep or collapsing during a game!! I hope she is coping ok. You have made her a really beautiful card. Made me smile instantly!
