Mischief

Hi Everyone, well another lean time in card making or anything else actually. I've tried to keep up with comments, but if I've missed you, my apologies. Anyhow yesterday was not a lean time. I had images on my desk from digital stamps I bought and coloured a few weeks ago and as it was raining (hard). I decided to fill empty time with doing something with these images.

I made an embossing folder and a stencil from horseshoes, well that took a couple of hours, then to put them to good use. I made 4 cards, yep! 4 I am so pleased with them. However I am only going to show you one, so that in lean times I will have something to show you. It has the horseshoes left over from cutting the stencil and ef. The photo isn't good, it was so dark, that even trying to do something in Photoshop to the colours didn't work, but you get the idea hopefully.
horseshoes - Silhouette Cameo
digital stamp Pony Mischief - Hetty Clare
coloured with Distress inks
embossing folder - Crafters Companion
grey card - Lidl

This is the sketch from The Outlawz I used.

Look at the expression on that pony's face Faith! Horses are a bit like dogs aren't they and I have definitely seen this expression on Eva's face before :D Beautiful texture and I like the way you tucked the ribbon tailed strips under the main image. Hugs, Vicky x

Good idea to color images on rainy days Faith. I want to get some stamped or printed off and color some too. Your card is fabulous and so cute! I love the horseshoe's you made. That image is too cute and the sentiment is funny. The embossed brick background is perfect. A great take on the sketch! Hugs, Brenda

Lovely take on the sketch, my friend, and that image is wonderfully fun and funny! I swear the horse is looking completely proud of his accomplishment. lol Having been thrown from more than one horse in my lifetime, (though not recently) I can empathize with the young lass in the puddle.

Hi Faith, love your cute image and the horse's look is priceless! I'm so enjoying reading everyone's comments on hairdressing.... I qualified as a hairdresser some 100 years or more it seems lol

Take care and stay safe!

PS.... you were the winner of my card last week Faith!

Faith, your card is adorable with all the horse shoes. You are so much more creative than you give yourself credit for. Sending hugs. If you are on Facebook send me a friend request, because I am not going to be doing as much blogging due to my work schedule, but I will post my cards there. Hugs.
